We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
If the product is not damaged
If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
For size issues (please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering)
Customized or altered items
Color variation due to lighting or screen differences

 - Once approved, weβll arrange for a return pickup or guide you on next steps.
 - After receiving and inspecting the item, we will:

Issue store credit/refund as applicable
